Serenity Support

Serenity is made by one person: me. If something isn't working, you've found a bug, or you have an idea, email support@solooperatorstack.com. It helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version and the app version (you'll find it in the app's Settings), plus a screenshot if you can.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Serenity a replacement for therapy?▾
No. Serenity is a place to notice how you feel and practise small habits that help. If you're struggling, please talk to a professional. If you're in crisis, call your local emergency number or find a helpline at findahelpline.com.
Who can read my journal and chat?▾
Only you. Everything you write is stored on your device. There's no account, no cloud sync and no server of mine that receives it.
Why does Serenity want access to Apple Health?▾
It's optional. With it, Serenity can show steps, sleep and heart rate next to your mood and factor them into your wellness score, and save the minutes you spend on breathing and meditation as mindful minutes.
How do I export or delete everything?▾
Go to Settings in the app. Export creates a JSON file with all your entries. Delete All Data removes every entry, your profile, reminders and widget data after you confirm.
How do I restore or cancel Premium?▾
To restore, tap Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Serenity. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Does Serenity work on a new phone?▾
Your entries live only on the device where you made them. Export your data from Settings first if you want to keep a copy. Premium carries over to any device with the same Apple ID via Restore Purchases.
