Hi, I'm Lukas

I've spent 15+ years in IT — consulting, architecture, and delivery for companies large and small. For the last few years I've been focused on one thing: AI that actually ships. I advise teams on adopting LLMs and AI tooling, and I practice what I preach by building my own products solo, with AI doing much of the heavy lifting.

Why "Solo Operator Stack"

My bet is simple: AI has made the one-person software company viable. One operator, a good stack, and relentless automation can now do what used to take a team. This site is the living experiment: the tools, the systems, and the honest account of what works and what doesn't.
