Privacy Policy
Effective:
The short version: Space Dodge 3D has no account and no server of mine. Your progress, coins and settings are stored only on your device. Two outside services are involved: Google AdMob, which shows the ads, and RevenueCat, which checks in-app purchases. Ads are personalised only if you allow it. I don't sell your data.
1. Who this applies to
This policy describes how the Space Dodge 3D game for iPhone and Android
("Space Dodge 3D", "the game", "I", "me") handles information. It applies to
everyone who installs the game from the Apple App Store or Google Play (bundle ID
com.spacedodge3d.game). Space Dodge 3D is made by Lukasz Blachura, an
independent developer based in Poland.
2. Data stored on your device
There is no account, no sign-in and no login of any kind. Everything the game
needs to remember is saved locally on your device, in the app's own
storage (AsyncStorage). None of it is sent to me or to any server of
mine.
- Progress: stages reached, unlocked ships and weapons, upgrades, achievements, daily challenges and Battle Pass progress.
- Coins: your in-game coin balance.
- Scores: the local leaderboard of your best runs. It is only on your device. The game does not use Game Center or any online leaderboard.
- Settings: sound and music volume, haptics and similar preferences.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Space Dodge 3D is free to play and shows ads served by Google AdMob: rewarded ads, which you choose to watch for an in-game reward, and interstitial ads between stages. Buying Remove Ads turns off the interstitial ads; rewarded ads stay available if you want their rewards.
Consent and tracking
- EEA and UK: on first launch, the game shows Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) so you can choose how your data is used for ads.
- iPhone: the game asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Only if you tap Allow can AdMob use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). If you don't, the IDFA is not available to the game or to AdMob.
- Android: AdMob may use the Android advertising ID (AAID). You can reset it or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Settings, then Google, then Ads, or Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, depending on your device).
- If you don't give consent or don't allow tracking, you still get ads, but they are non-personalised.
What AdMob may collect
To serve and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google AdMob may collect:
- device identifiers, including the advertising identifier where you've allowed it;
- approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address;
- ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown and tapped;
- diagnostic and performance information about ad delivery, plus basic device information such as model, operating system and language.
Google handles this data under its own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. I don't receive any of this data in a form that identifies you.
4. In-app purchases (Apple, Google and RevenueCat)
In-app purchases (coin packs, Remove Ads, Starter Pack and Battle Pass) are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google takes the payment. The game never sees or stores your payment card, billing address or store account details.
To check and restore purchases, the game uses RevenueCat, a purchase management service. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID generated by the game (not your name, email or Apple ID / Google account) and your purchase history for this game, as confirmed by Apple or Google. This is used only to unlock what you bought and to restore it. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy, along with Apple's and Google's privacy policies.
5. What Space Dodge 3D does not do
- No account, name, email address or sign-in of any kind.
- No analytics SDK and no usage tracking of my own.
- No crash reporting SDK. (Apple and Google may share anonymous crash reports with developers if you've agreed to that in your device settings.)
- No push notifications.
- No access to your location (GPS), contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
- No Game Center or online leaderboards, and no chat or social features.
6. Sharing and selling
I don't sell your personal data, and I don't have a server that collects it. The only data that leaves your device is what Google AdMob and RevenueCat process as described in sections 3 and 4, plus whatever Apple or Google process as the app store you bought from.
7. Children
Space Dodge 3D is not directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from them. The game doesn't ask for anyone's age, name or contact details. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has provided personal information through the game, email me at the address below and I'll help.
8. Retention
Data on your device stays until you delete the game or clear its data. Data held by Google AdMob and RevenueCat is kept according to their own retention policies, linked above.
9. Your rights and controls
- Ad choices: turn tracking off in iOS Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Tracking, or opt out of ad personalisation on Android. In the EEA and UK, your consent choice is stored on the device; deleting and reinstalling the game shows Google's consent form again so you can choose differently.
- Deletion: uninstalling the game, or clearing its app data on Android, removes everything stored on the device.
- EU and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. I don't hold your game data, so most of these are exercised on your device as above. For data held by Google or RevenueCat, contact them, or email me and I'll help. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
- California residents (CCPA / CPRA): I do not sell personal information. Ad personalisation through AdMob only happens if you allow it, and you can opt out at any time as described above.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change ever meant Space Dodge 3D started handling data in a meaningfully different way, I'd say so in the game before it took effect.
11. Contact
Space Dodge 3D is operated by Lukasz Blachura, Poland, who is the data controller for this app. Questions or requests: support@solooperatorstack.com.
If you are in the EU and believe your data rights have been infringed, you can also contact the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl) or the authority in your own country.
