Terms of Use
Effective
Equee is made by Lukas, an independent developer. Your use of Equee is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard App Store EULA), together with the points below. If they ever conflict, Apple's EULA wins.
Riding is a risk sport. Equee records what you do; it does not make riding safer. Never look at your phone or watch when it isn't safe to.
Gait, jump, distance, speed and heart rate figures are estimates from phone and watch sensors and can be wrong. Equee is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical or veterinary advice.
Purchases
- Equee is free to download. Equee Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- All purchases are made through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- The lifetime purchase is paid once, never renews, and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Your rides are stored on your device, and in your own iCloud if you turn sync on, as described in the Equee Privacy Policy. I can't recover them for you if they're lost, so keep your device backed up.
No warranty
Equee is provided "as is". I work hard to make it reliable, but I can't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
I may update these terms as the app changes. The current version is always on this page.
